Local Biz Autopilot is a subscription software service that helps local businesses create, approve, and publish social posts and send follow-up messages. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions of the content you publish, including SMS recipients and Facebook Page access.

SMS program: Local Biz Autopilot may send appointment updates, service reminders, customer follow-up messages, and review requests to recipients who have opted in. Promotional offer messages are sent only to recipients who provide separate optional marketing consent. Message frequency varies by customer activity and business settings. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS opt-out and help: reply STOP to cancel SMS messages from Local Biz Autopilot. Reply HELP for help, or contact kale.meyer@proton.me. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase, booking, or service.

SMS opt-in data and consent are used only to provide the requested messaging service. Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Billing is handled through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Plan features and limits are enforced according to your active subscription.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or misuse of third-party integrations.

The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Biz Autopilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
